Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Support system integration, process improvement, and digital transformation projects.
• Create detailed documentation, including user stories and functional specs.
• Conduct workshops, UAT, and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Background in finance, education, or healthcare sectors (desirable).
